Year 2: Lent

Year 2 have been thinking about Lent. We decided to take on a challenge to see how many Acts Of Kindness we can do over the Lent period, we have already run out of leaves on our Kindness Tree! This could be doing something kind for somebody or the world.

Getting the Eco Garden ready for spring.

Apple class decided to help clean up the Eco garden, they shoveled fallen leaves and dead wood, hunting for bugs as they went! This leaf litter was then put in a compost bin. They used a litter picker to collect any rubbish that had blown in from the surrounding areas and worked together to sweep the entrance to the garden. Fabulous work Apple 🙂
